Colony Brands is one of the world's largest and most successful direct marketing catalog and e-commerce companiesOur company has grown from a premier mail-order cheese company to include a diverse portfolio of affiliates, brands and products ranging from apparel to kitchen appliances, while maintaining our roots as a private, customer-centric businessOur employees ARE our most important assetTo support them and our Bakery operations in Monroe, WI, we are seeking to add regular full-time positions as a Bakery Warehouse Forklift Material Coordinator to support business needs in productionIf you would enjoy the challenges and excitement of working in fast paced environment while this could be the job for you!What You'll Do:This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited pulling and transferring raw materials to the various production staging sitesPlacing overran products back into their proper storageThis position involves evaluating weekly schedules to properly temper raw materials for production and more.You'll also be responsible for:• Using WMS/Datex/Plex and Microsoft Office Suite (Access/Excel) in creating staging documents • Operation of a forklift to pull raw materials from various storage locations• Communicating with Quality Assurance to verify the release of raw materials• Verifying that proper materials/ingredients are being used in production runs• Performing return to stock functions by verifying quantities on LP• Unload bulk food ingredientsWhat It Takes:We need an individual who is self- motivated and can work independently while following proceduresIn addition, we are looking for an individual who can work in a fast-paced work environment with a high attention to detail.• Possess a high school education or equivalent or three years of relevant experience (we will train)• The ability of following sequences with a high attention to detail• Strong experience/knowledge of operating a forklift and RF Scanner• Exceptional organizational skills• Ability and/or willingness to work hours of 4:30am to 12:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed• Flexibility to accommodate production scheduling changes.
