Position OverviewThe Associate Director of Litigation will be responsible for leading the firm's litigation team and ensuring that all litigation matters are handled efficiently and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the firm's litigation team, providing direction and guidance as neededAssist in the development of litigation strategies and tacticsCoordinate with other departments within the firm to ensure effective communication and collaborationConduct legal research and analysisRepresent the firm and clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedingsManage litigation budgets and ensure that costs are kept under controlMonitor and report on the progress of cases to clients and senior managementNegotiate settlements and other resolutions of disputesQualificationsMUST HAVE: experience managing a team of legal professionalsBachelors degree or Paralegal Degree highly preferredAt least 5 years of experience in litigation, with a strong background in civil litigationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well under pressure and with tight deadlinesExperience with legal document management softwareExperience as a Lead Paralegal, Office Manager, Senior Paralegal, or in Administration is requiredBenefits Competitive salary based upon experience Medical, Dental & Vision Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Disability Short -Term and Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401K with company matching 15 Paid time off (PTO) 10 paid holidays Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
