Seeking a Client Services Associate to join a growing financial services team in Fort Lauderdale for a hybrid opportunity! This person will be responsible for reviewing and processing new accounts, data entry, and communicating with clients over the phone & email. Looking for a candidate with excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to make decisions independently. Your role:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries promptly, and proactively offering solutions to enhance their experience.Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, or other communication channels. Resolve client issues effectively and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and proper implementation of our products or services. Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing clients, including conducting regular check-ins and providing product updates.Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and operations to address client needs, communicate feedback, and coordinate solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, activity logs, and documentation of client interactions. Generate reports on client satisfaction, issue resolution, and account growth as required.Actively contribute to process improvements and share client feedback to enhance overall client experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).Previous experience in a client-facing role, such as client services, account management, or customer support.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency in using CRM systems, customer support tools, and Microsoft Office suite.Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
