DrafterPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing technical drawings and plans for construction projects using Chief Architect and other software applications.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare technical drawings and plans for construction projects using CAD and other software applicationsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to produce high-quality designsReview and revise drawings as necessary to meet project requirementsMaintain accurate records of all drawings and project documentsStay up-to-date with the latest design software and techniquesQualificationsProven experience as a Drafter or DesignerStrong knowledge of CAD softwareExperience with Chief Architect and other design software preferredProficiency in the use of hand-drawing techniquesUnderstanding of construction techniques and materialsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferredExperience in residential construction preferredBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
