Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting and budgeting. Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful hand off from estimating to field. Set clear goals and expectations to Foreman. Negotiate and resolve customer concerns as they arise. Estimate change orders for assigned projects. Manage closeout procedures. Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement. Provide coaching/counseling to Foreman and Assistant Project Manager. Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.What You Need for this Position3+ years of relevant electrical estimating experience Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Proficiency in Bluebeam, ConstructJob, MS Project, or other related Construction Management software Proficiency in Accubid or other related Construction Estimating software Experience estimating relevant projects in the size of $50k - $10mm+Nice To HaveBachelors Degree in related field (Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar) Successful graduation of I.B.E.W.
