The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, good customer service skills, and experience with Xactimate.Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects using Xactimate software Work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all project requirements are met Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and identify potential issues Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and availability of materials and services Maintain accurate records of all estimates and project-related documentation Attend meetings with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders as requiredQualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial, restoration estimating Experience with Xactimate software Strong customer service skills Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportationIf you are a motivated and skilled estimator with a passion for the construction industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
