Must be able to sit onsite 4 days per week in Richmond, VA.Client: BankingLocation: Richmond, VA (Must be able to sit onsite 4 days per week.)Length: 12+ month AssignmentPay: $60 - $65/hour W2 (No Corp-to-Corp)Team: The team has established a new group focused on Workforce Productivity. The overall goal is to provide analytics behind the data to determine best practices for getting the most out of their Workforce.Skills:5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus in Workforce Productivity Management.Experience with Sapience or any other enterprise level Workforce tracking tools. Client is willing to train in the use of Sapience as this role will act as the Product / SME for the tool once up-to-speed.Strong experience with data analytics, being able to analyze data and create and design reporting that is meaningful and impactful to the strategic business program and organization.Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience and exposure to handling large amounts of restricted and sensitive data across a mid to large size organization.Some project management experience preferred, with the ability to identify and manage program deliverables, risks, issues, and action items, and lead meetings while collaborating closely with others.Ability to lead others, including managing the vendor relationship and holding others accountable.Experience delivering high-end customer service to internal teammates and external supplier partners.Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, becoming the subject matter expert on the program.Solid experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple key stakeholders.Ability to train others on the application and the interpretation of the application's data and reporting.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software products with emphasis in working independently to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.Responsibilities:Daily involvement in the enterprise-wide Contingent Workforce Productivity program including business analysis, analytics, daily functional/administration management of the application tool (Sapience Vue) and vendor management.Collaborate and lead in the creation and attainment of contingent workforce program productivity roadmap/program goals. This includes leading ongoing established and new analytics, training, and productivity drivers and actions.Business analytics of large amounts of productivity data including managing weekly and monthly reporting, designing, and creating meaningful reporting out of new vendor data, and identifying new opportunities within the data model for reporting metrics and contingent workforce productivity improvements.Manage the vendor relationship and hold them accountable to contract SLAs and defect management, including managing vendor IT software releases, change management, and testing through weekly meetings and collaboration with IT partners. Driving new features and efficiencies within the software product that are beneficial.Provide customer service to internal teammates, serving as a subject matter expert and initial point of contact for questions and conflict resolution.Provide training to teammates on the application and reporting, creating, and updating job aids and documentation as needed.Identify and escalate security or ethics concerns within the productivity data as appropriate per rules and guidelines.Participate on and can lead strategic contingent workforce initiatives for the Contingent Workforce Productivity program to drive cost savings, efficiency, reporting/operations, risk/compliance, and spend management.Stay up to date with the contingent workforce industry, trends and best practices using industry sources and other networks.
