We use automated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to assemble our own high-quality printed circuit cards.Join us today and become part of the future of computing technology!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSolder THT and SMT components per IPC A 610 Class III StandardsRework and touch up per IPC A 610 Class III StandardsAssemble PCBs into complex modulesBuild cable and chassis assembliesPress-fit connectors using a benchtop manual pressImplement ECOsInspect incoming material: PCBs, panels, heatsinks, etc.Complete final assembly of productsBuild prototypes for Engineering using schematicsKeep Manufacturing consumables stocked, communicate stock levels and requirements to Purchasing teamRequirementsMinimum High School or GED or equivalentCertified to J-STD-001 preferredExcellent Soldering SkillsAttention to DetailStrong Oral and Written CommunicationAble to adapt to changeManual DexterityAble to lift 20 lbsHas received, or is willing to receive, a government-mandated vaccineU.S. Citizenship
