The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional time management abilities, proficient negotiation skills, keen attention to detail, and ideally, a robust mechanical aptitude.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate efforts, services, and equipment deliveries from various trades and manufacturers to ensure timely project completion. Plan and schedule projects using Microsoft Projects. Monitor, control, and report project costs effectively. Conduct periodic on-site monitoring and/or supervision of active projects, serving as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors. Manage multiple projects concurrently. Travel periodically to fulfill on-site responsibilities.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar technical discipline (Master's preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation systems and/or project engineering within technical product applications (e.g., conveyor systems, electrical control systems, robotics or • automation applications, packaging systems, etc.). Commitment to ongoing industry and product education programs. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive "can-do" approach.
