The candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of complex legal matters related to estate planning, probate, trusts, and tax law. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where they will be challenged and rewarded.Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal counsel on all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents. Advise clients on probate and trust administration, including the settlement of estates and the distribution of assets. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential tax implications related to their estate planning. Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court hearings and negotiations with opposing parties. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on their cases and advising them on any changes in the law that may affect their estate plans.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney. Admission to the State Bar. Extensive knowledge of estate planning, probate, trusts, and tax law. Proven experience in legal research and analysis. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
