Associate Attorney - Asbestos & Consumer LitigationLocation: Pittsburgh (Hybrid Work Schedule)We are a rapidly growing plaintiff's firm dedicated to asbestos, lung cancer, and consumer litigation. Our team is committed to providing top-tier legal services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:Manage civil litigation cases with a focus on asbestos and toxic tortsConduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and litigation documentsProvide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout all stages of litigationPrepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trialsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teamsEfficiently manage case files, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple tasksPerform legal research and investigations to prepare cases and collaborate with various departments within the firmEngage in court motion practice when requiredQualifications:3-5 years of experience as a plaintiff asbestos litigation attorneyCurrently licensed to practice in the state of PennsylvaniaDemonstrated ability to handle complex civil litigation cases, especially related to asbestos and toxic tortsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping peopleStrong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detailProven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamWillingness and ability to travel when necessaryIf you're ready to take your career to the next level and be a part of a firm dedicated to achieving justice for clients, apply today and join our team!
