Position Overview: The Auto Property Claims Adjuster - Complex PD is responsible for the timely and accurate assessment and settlement of auto property claims for complex damage. This position requires someone with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to accurately interpret policy coverages.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct interviews with policy holders to determine liability and document the details of the claim.Evaluate complex property damage and analyze policy coverages.Negotiate with other parties to determine a resolution to the claim.Prepare reports and documentation in accordance with department standards.Stay informed of regulatory changes and industry trends.Make recommendations to improve the claims process.Qualifications3+ Years of experience in auto claims and complex property damage.Excellent interviewing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Must understand Comparative Negligence and how to assign fault.
