Position OverviewWe are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in civil litigation cases, with a focus on personal injury and insurance law.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting legal research and analysis to provide clients with sound legal advice.Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Representing clients in court appearances, mediation, and settlement negotiations.Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other legal professionals.Attending depositions, witness interviews, and other legal proceedings.Managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsJuris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the state.1-3 years of litigation experience as an attorney.Strong knowledge of personal injury and insurance law.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.Strong organizational and time management skills.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommuteEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
