The ideal candidate will be based in New Jersey and have a strong background in healthcare or dental organizations.Why join us?Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making Assist in annual budget preparation and regularly monitor budget adherence, identifying areas for cost optimization Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, offering insights into financial trends and opportunities for improvement Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies between actual and forecasted results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive financial best practices across the organization Evaluate potential investment opportunities and provide financial projections Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's financial healthJob DetailsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a senior role within the healthcare or dental industry Proven experience with Adaptive Insights and Power BI Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced Excel skills Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders Solid understanding of GAAP and healthcare/dental industry financial regulations Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in a healthcare or dental setting Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environmentInterested in hearing more?
