Construction Manager for Military TI Build-OutPosition OverviewAs a Construction Manager for Military TI Build-Out, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects for a fit out facility from large commercial warehouse, to a training site for all military medivacs. You will ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality standards. We will need you to visit San Antonio on day 30, 60, and 90 of site work, then relocate to San Antonio to manage the General Contractor during the duration of this project. We will consider local talent as well.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project budgets and schedulesOversee and manage construction projects from start to finishEnsure that all safety and quality standards are metCollaborate with contractors, architects, and engineersPrepare and submit project status reports to senior managementMonitor and control project costs and expensesSupervise and coordinate the work of project team membersEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction project managementStrong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methodsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with TI, renovations, build-out, and fit-out projectsExperience in commercial constructionExperience with military construction projects is a plusBenefitsFull benefitsBonusAllowancesPer diemTravel expenses coveredEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
