We are searching for a Construction Manager to oversee our projects in the commercial construction industry. While experience in doors and hardware is preferred, it is not required for this position. We are looking for a candidate with strong commercial construction experience and a proven track record of leading successful project teams.If you are located in Indianapolis this position requires you to commute to Lafayette 2 to 3 times a week.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality controlLead a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project successCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer serviceEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on every projectQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in commercial constructionProven experience leading a team of construction professionalsStrong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritizeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of building codes and construction best practicesIf you have a background in commercial construction and have successfully managed projects and teams, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
