Visit our website to learn more!Who will you be working with?To be the single point of contact within the Customer Service COE for Freight Car proposal and pricing agreement activity. To drive freight car segment knowledge across the Customer Service team.How will you make a difference? Develop pricing structure to identify and eliminate pricing conflicts across contracts. To achieve customer loyalty founded on excellent response to support requirements, great service and consistency of performance across the entire Wabtec Freight portfolio.What do we want to know about you? Experience with Customer Service or Inside SalesRobust professional network, willingness to continuously grow itDemonstrated passion for Customer SatisfactionFamiliarity of available performance data, data-driven decision makerRelentless pursuit of answers on behalf of customersExperience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.Demonstrate an understanding of customers' expectations and commitment to providing quality service.Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.Excellent communications skills both written and oral, with the ability to communicate at all levels.Excellent written and verbal English and local language skillsManage time effectively and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Lead creation and distribution of formal quotations, proposals and agreements in support of the Freight Car business unitsManage central repository of opportunities and agreementsCoordinate solicitation, quotation and bid responses across business units for Freight Car, Components and Loco Parts including portal activityMaintain expiration date database and work proactively with Commercial team to put new agreements in place.Freight Car business Point of Contact for Customer Support across the Wabtec Freight Car PortfolioFields customer questions and uses professional network to provide timely answersFields customer complaints and uses professional network to solve related problemsProactively seeks solutions to problems before customers realize potential issuesCustomer Satisfaction. Lead efforts to improve Wabtec's overall performance as measured by the customer.Support on-time delivery efforts and Past Due reduction of Freight Car ComponentsParticipate directly with customer in support of customer led initiatives.Foster working relationship with customer stakeholders at various levels that encourages customer participation in Wabtec led initiativesCustomer Portal compliance and upkeepReport on and reclaim sales where market share has been lost over timeParticipate in and/or provide input to commercial deal review processesDrive timely WIM/QER/Reliance case follow up and closure.Participate in Fulfillment related meetings with Leadership to Provide the voice of the customer in the Freight Car space.Provide specific customer forecast information and intel back to the Supply ChainAdditional Responsibilities:Limited backup of core function transactions as required to ensure customer successDocument established or newly created processes and train team members as necessary.To comply with Wabtec Corporate & local Environment, Health & Safety requirements at all times.Professionally represent Wabtec at all times, but especially during all customer communications.Contribute to creation of an Inside Sales strategy, planning and training program.Actively contribute to all continuous process improvement efforts within the Customer Service COE.Document retention consistent with Wabtec Corporate policy.Contract pricing conflict and eliminationYou may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.While this position can be remote, it may include occasional work at a Wabtec office/site or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.More information on offered benefits, which include health, welfare, and retirement, is available at Wabtec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this opening.
