Our Digital Assets Mining and Cloud Service client located in Massillon, OH is seeking an accomplished, experienced project manager with experience in construction and project management for a Full-Time Employee opportunityThis is a hybrid role (2 day's onsite per week)Knowledge of electrical engineering, with passion and motivation to contribute to innovative, industry-leading projects. The project manager will oversee and coordinate various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that schedules and budgets are followed. Develop detailed Electrical Engineering CAD drawings and specifications related to power supply infrastructure for mining data center. This includes site plans, load calculations, panel schedules, PDU specifications, rack elevations and layouts, cable tray and conduit, wire sizing and other related engineering workAssist procurement to specify electrical equipment including transformers, switches, distribution panels, PDUS, cabling, cable trays and other electrical equipment and associated ratings to meet electrical Code requirementsProvides electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering design, scope of work, equipment procurement etc.Assists with cost allocation/estimation, budgeting, resource planning, scheduling, and project managementEstablishes technical standards in reviews, documentations, and designs.During the construction process, check and ensure all the equipment match our requirement and follow the design, ensure all the electrical equipments, cables, installations meets the standards, and make sure all the necessary tests have done and satisfy the codes' requirementsLead on-site electrical safety maintenance: including but not limited to regular safety checking for all electrical equipment, power supply infrastructure to maintain a good level of risk management to avoid downtime of major equipment/machineries or any accidentsProvide electrical technical support to new sites developmentPower system modeling, analysis, and designExperience in the design of power systems for medium and high voltage distributionDesign of grounding and lightning protection systemsComply with local, state, and federal regulations to uphold the company's reputationCommunicate engineering information across teams and departments to facilitate successful completion of large-scale projectsTroubleshoot to solve unforeseen problemsWork and liaise with internal key stakeholders in the US as well as in AsiaOther duties as assignedHow you will stand out:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Power systems emphasisProfessional Engineer certification would be beneficial but not mandatory10 years of experience in electrical engineering or project management3 to 8 years of verifiable professional design experience with medium and high voltage power systems and distributionSubstation design experience desiredKnowledge of power distribution equipment including transformers, switches, power quality, harmonic analysis, short circuit and arc flash analysis, grounding, and lightning protection.Fluency with MS office suite, AutoCAD, and power system modelling softwareWorks well with teams and other design professionalsSensitive to time, costs, and deadlinesCapacity to analyze a problem from multiple perspectives and explore creative solutions.Strong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to travel to various locationsWhat you will experience working with us:A culture that values authenticity and diversity of thoughts and backgrounds;An inclusive and respectable environment with open workspaces and exciting start-up spirit;Fast-growing company with the chance to network with industrial pioneers and enthusiasts;Ability to contribute directly and make an impact on the future of the digital asset industry;Involvement in new projects, developing processes/systems;Personal accountability, autonomy, fast growth, and learning opportunities;Attractive welfare benefits and developmental opportunities such as training and mentoring.
