To Apply for this Job Click HereKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review individual, business, and trust tax returns.Recognize complex technical issues, evaluate facts efficiently, and use strategic decision-making skills to improve processes by developing and implementing best practices.Manage planning and engagement activity and follow through to achieve results.A diversified range of accounting and tax services in compliance with laws and regulations.Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance, technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards and provide timely feedback.Builds relationships and interacts with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.Develop, motivate, and train team members.Develop professional relationships in the community.Invest in professional development through active participation in training sessions and networking events both internally and externally.QualificationsCPA firm experienceStrong leadership and personnel management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and budgetsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style and messaging to effectively communicate at all levels both within the client organization and the firmCommitment to continuous learning and developmentEnthusiasm for helping others be successfulOut-of-the-box thinking and an entrepreneurial spiritComfortable being the last line of defense before returns are filedEducationBachelor's Degree Does need a CPA license and must have a strong knowledge of current tax lawsBenefits$90-105KMedical Package with 70% coverage for individual401KLife insuranceTele-medicine service9 paid holidays1 year PTO 2 weeks/2 years 3 weeksPay for licensing feesAt Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
