The Regional HR Business Partner will align the company's business objectives with employees and management across multiple plant locations in North America. This role will focus on supporting manufacturing operations while driving HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness. The HRBP will act as a consultant on HR-related issues, implement strategies, and foster a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with union agreements and labor laws.Primary Responsibilities:• Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute HR strategies.• Provide expert consultation on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.• Collaborate with union representatives to negotiate collective bargaining agreements.• Ensure company practices align with federal, state, and union-specific labor laws.• Support talent acquisition efforts and lead onboarding processes.• Facilitate succession planning and workforce development initiatives.• Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.• Promote DE&I initiatives and inclusive workplace policies.• Develop programs that drive employee engagement and retention.• Manage union contracts and ensure compliance with their terms.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally as an HRBP or similar role.• 4+ years of experience in unionized work environments, including union contract negotiations.• Proven experience in supporting regional business units across multiple locations.• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the region.• Experience in talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.• Ability to travel regionally, including extended stays as required.
