The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and creative aesthetics, exceptional project management skills, and proficiency in content production tools. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistency and quality of all creative outputs including collateral, graphics and video while staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies. As a steward of CIE Tours' brand and visual identity, the Director of Creative Content will oversee the production of compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences and supports the company's overall vision and goals.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to set the content and creative direction for all marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision, brand standards, and business objectives.Develop and execute a comprehensive creative content strategy that aligns with business objectives, engages our target audience, and drives brand growth across various platforms, including digital, social, and traditional media.Stay educated on features and benefits of CIE Tours products, maintain the value proposition and messaging framework, and drive articulation of product positioning.Ensure teams speak in one brand voice and staff are educated on brand position, value proposition and product characteristics.Create and maintain content calendar to plan and schedule content production and content distribution.Oversee the sourcing, production, and quality of all content and creative output including all collateral, graphics and video.Act as steward of CIE Tours' brand and visual identity in collaboration with marketing and other commercial leaders.Collaborate with Director of Partner & Product Marketing and Director of Digital & CRM to support their respective content generation needs.Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns and small, one-time projects.Manage in-house and third-party creative teams to translate business objectives into compelling brand narratives for target audiences.Review and approve assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines and creative expectations.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and marketing.Implement the use of content creation tools to enhance the efficiency, quality and impact of content generated. Implement an efficient brand governance process that facilitates the creative function as a shared-service resource, ensuring the CIE Tours brand is brought to life with consistency and creativity.Develop and promote content strategy best practices, facilitating alignment and efficiency through a centralized and coordinated methodology for content lifecycle management.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related creative field.5+ years of experience managing multi-channel content and creative production.Exceptional eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and successfully execute multiple projects, priorities and schedules simultaneously.Ability to understand different audiences and tailor and build content that deliver to that messages that resonate (storytelling).Proficiency with software for both graphics and video production and editing.Up-to-date knowledge of the trends and technologies in creative, including proficiency in various content creation tools including AI-assisted design solutions.Highly organized self-starter who can work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment.Ability to be both creative and strategic, understanding how to apply creative thinking to business problems.Proficient in providing specific creative direction and proven to be capable of guiding and nurturing creative work that meets business briefs.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and manage a variety of personalities especially under deadlines.
