Job Title: Temporary Contracts ManagerLocation: Chicago, ILDuration: Temporary/ContractWe are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Temporary Contracts Manager for a short-term assignment in Chicago. The candidate will manage a broad range of responsibilities focusing on the administration, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts. As a Contracts Manager, you will work closely with various departments including Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Legal.Responsibilities:Review, negotiate, and administrate commercial contracts ensuring compliance with company policy and applicable laws.Draft, analyze, and manage a variety of contracts including but not limited to: procurement, sales, non-disclosure, vendors, and partnership agreements.Maintain accurate contract records and manage contract databases.Interpret contractual terms and assess contract requirements, ensuring all agreements adhere to specified guidelines.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contracts are completed efficiently and accurately.Identify potential contract risks and provide mitigation strategies.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other partners through effective communication.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Contract Management or related field.Proven experience in managing complex contracts.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and deliver on deadlines.Solid understanding of commercial and legal terms.High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).This is a temporary position with a possibility of conversion based on performance and business needs. The exact duration will be discussed during the interview process.
