Is your background a match?Bachelor's degree in Accounting, FinanceActive CPA 4+ years of experience in tax OR audit roles at a public accounting firmExtensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations OR audit procedures and techniquesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax and audit issuesHigh level of integrity and professionalismStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax and audit information to non-finance professionalsProficient with tax /audit softwareAble to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWhat will you be doing?Oversee all tax / audit-related activities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsDevelop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize profitabilityPerform regular audits to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvementCoordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process from planning to completionPrepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionManage relationships with tax authorities and represent the company during tax auditsProvide guidance and support to the management team on tax-related mattersStay updated on current tax and audit regulations and ensure the company's practices are in line with these changesLead and mentor a team of tax and audit professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementInterested in hearing more?
