End2End develops software for CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch), RMS (Records Management Systems), Mobile Field reporting, and Parking.Job Overview:End2End Public Safety is seeking a talented, self-directed Sales Support Representative to help support the sales staff by providing administrative and clerical support. This includes researching leads/contacts for campaigns and sending USPS mass marketing mailers and emails. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, industry-leading technology business.Key Job Responsibilities: · Obtain potential customers' names and telephone numbers from sources such as telephone directories, marketing tools, and purchased lists.· Send a targeted series of USPS mailers utilizing marketing and customer lists.· Research prospect lists to ensure targeted recipients' contact information is current or obtain the correct recipient.· Keep Salesforce updated with current contact information and communication.· Work with Sales staff to reschedule online demos.· Assist in developing sales materials.· Research and recommend trade show attendance.· Register Sales staff for trade show attendance, including travel arrangements to promote products.· Attend trade shows when required.· Maintain website with Monthly Demo Schedule.· Build and maintain Sales Product Customer Referral lists.· Other duties as reasonably required or assigned Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Must possess strong written and verbal communication skillsSkilled in writing and editing content with attention to detailStrong prioritization, organization, and project management skillsMust be proactive and, at times, work with minimal supervisionMust learn Salesforce (CRM)Must have basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to learn other software requiredRequirements:· Valid Driver's License;· Able to work on a computer for up to 8 hours;· Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing;· Proactive and works independently with minimal supervision and meets set goals;Ability to travel and participate in trade shows and conventions;Proficient in using Outlook, Word, and Excel;· SalesForce experience is a plus; Salary and Benefit InformationThis is a full-time (exempt) entry-level position.
