Project Overview:We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our cross-functional team, which includes specialists in research, product UX, and visual design. In this role, you will be instrumental in redesigning a Global Asset Management Client Portal. You will leverage user research insights to implement new features and concepts while applying a refreshed visual identity through the design system.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with a diverse team to gather insights and develop innovative design solutions for the Client Portal.Redesign the portal by integrating new features based on user research findings and business requirements.Apply the new visual identity in line with the established design system to enhance user experience.Develop and define information architectures (IAs) that support intuitive navigation and usability.Create and document user journeys to ensure a seamless experience throughout the portal.Translate UX concepts into actionable design specifications for the engineering team to implement.Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing to refine the user experience.Skills Required:Proficiency in Figma, including experience with design system libraries.Strong understanding of information architecture (IA) principles and best practices.Experience in defining and mapping user journeys to inform design decisions.Ability to apply UX concepts and features based on user research insights and business objectives.Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.Experience in creating detailed design specifications that guide the engineering team in implementation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in financial services or asset management.A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
