If you're an enthusiastic team player who thrives in an environment where communication, creativity, and cooperation are encouraged, this may just be the opportunity for you.Duties and Responsibilities:Manages department email and phone line to ensure responses are provided to inquiries in a timely mannerServes as the primary liaison to third party administrators to research and resolve Crew issuesPerforms quality checks of all benefits-related data to include the monthly billing reconciliation for all benefitsDevelops benefits communication through videos, emails, newsletters, presentations, websites and flyersMaintains Benefits Hub with up to date relevant benefit documents and communicationCoordinates onsite and virtual benefit eventsSubmits cases to HRIS and retirement vendors to resolve benefit configuration and reporting discrepanciesCalculates monthly Health & Welfare, pension and fringe payments for government contracted CrewReconciles monthly hours and earnings to determine HCSO and HCAO responsibilitiesPrepares weekly wires to retirement vendorsServes as a member of fiduciary committeeProcesses monthly ACA eligibility, enrollment and 1095-C generationAssists in configuration of annual open enrollment in HRIS and executes communication strategyAssists with annual regulatory filings and testingParticipates in bi-weekly calls and annual renewal planning sessions with benefit brokerDevelops and maintains standard operating procedures and recommends process improvements for the departmentDrives efficiencies in benefits administration, leveraging vendors and various platforms to streamline processesConducts regular benefit audits to ensure data integrityParticipates in the recruitment and executes integration plan for Specialists on the teamProvides ongoing performance feedback and coaching to SpecialistsMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededAdditional job duties as assignedRequirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field requiredSHRM, HRCI or CEBS certification preferredMinimum of two years of Benefits Administration experiencePlansource and/or UKG Pro experience preferredCandidates willing to spend time working with teammates in one of our corporate or operational hubs are preferredHuman resources experience in hospitality industry a plusExcellent working knowledge employment laws and practicesIntermediate to advanced computer skills required including Microsoft SuiteMust be discrete in handling confidential issuesSome weekend work required occasionallyA self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced environmentHighly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environmentProcess and quality-oriented with sharp attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the Company organizationThe RESPECT Service System embodies City Experiences' mission, vision, values and operating principles.
