Job Summary:The Government Services Clerk will coordinate GSA shipments from origin to destination and run and analyze reports to ensure data accuracyEssential Functions and Duties:Accept and register shipments from the Department of StateCommunicate with shippers to obtain appropriate documentationWork with agents to coordinate shipment pickup and deliveryUpdate company software program with shipment information to ensure accurate informationCustomer service functions including coordinating delivery of shipment and rectify customer complaints and issuesOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of company softwareOrganization skillsGood communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office programsKnowledge of logistics proceduresGood math skillsRequired Education and Experience:Required: High school diploma or its equivalentRequired: Previous data entry experience requiredWorking Conditions:Strictly office environment90-95% sitting downComputer use is prevalent, along with telephoneWorking hours Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Coleman Worldwide Moving Benefits for Employees (not applicable for seasonal employees if not stated):40 hours of VACATION PAY after 1-year employmentArray of voluntary health benefits including but not limited to (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and more)6 paid holidays after 90 days for Full Time employees (Seasonal Included)Referral Bonus ProgramsColeman Worldwide Moving (and affiliated companies) (collectively "CWM") is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
