Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will be responsible to grow federal business within a large-scale contract vehicle that supports agencies across the federal government but is primarily passionate about the US Air Force. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for all proposal activities, marketing efforts and external communications related to the vehicle and portfolio of task orders.The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skills, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of partners, and build CGS' capabilities to serve our clients.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Program Manager, you will:Interface regularly with the government program office and subcontractorsBuild and maintain relationships with strategic technology, industry and government partnersPresent and market Capgemini capabilities to prospective clientsProvide guidance to team members on vehicle procurement activities, rules and requirementsMarket and educate team members on the benefits of driving business to the vehicleBuild automated frameworks and supervise a team of Program Management Office (PMO) resources to support the Task Order Request ProcessTrack and communicate government provided task order forecasts with internal Capgemini teams and subcontractorsConduct market research and competitive analysis on target opportunities and officesQualify upcoming task orders for bid / no-bid determination and prepare presentations for internal gate reviewsPrepare and continually improve response frameworks and processes for 3-, 10-, or 30-day turnaround timeframesCollaborate with leadership across federal and commercial business lines to identify relevant qualifications and subject matter experts for technical solutionsSupport overall proposal strategies, win themes, responses, pricing and complianceWork with Contract Administration to implement Nondisclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and participate in contract/subcontract negotiationsAttend relevant networking events, conferences, industry days, leadership forums and vehicle required meetingsEnsure compliance with all contractual requirements, including monthly, quarterly and annual reportsMaintain records within internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemRequired Qualifications:U.S. Citizenship is required.Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 2 years leading IDIQ, GWAC or other large government vehicle programsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager supporting Air Force digital transformation initiativesMinimum of 10 years of experience supporting business and capture development initiatives within the federal government, including capture review and strategy development, market research and competitive analysis, written and oral proposal development, technical solutioning, cost and pricing development, color team reviews, and complianceExtensive knowledge of the US Department of the Air Force organization, mission, and IT landscapePossess positive relationships within the Department of Defense and other US federal government agenciesKnowledge and/or experience with digital transformation, commercial standard processes, innovative solutions and new technologies to address IT challengesUnderstanding of program management tools, procedures and success metricsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship leadership skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to successfully meet deadlines within tight timeframesDesired Qualifications:PMP certificationITIL v3 or v4 certificationDOD Secret ClearancePossess a self-starter, upbeat, and hardworking demeanor5 years leading IDIQ, GWAC or other large government vehicle programs10 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager supporting Air Force digital transformation initiatives15 years of experience supporting business and capture development initiatives within the federal government, including capture review and strategy development, market research and competitive analysis, written and oral proposal development, technical solutioning, cost and pricing development, color team reviews, and complianceLife at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career. The base salary range for the tagged location is $120K - $155K.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
