We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead and organize our growing customer service department. This new role will oversee 8 customer service reps across two locations, focusing on improving processes, utilizing technology, and transitioning the department toward sales support.Key Responsibilities:Establish clear procedures and develop a training manualDrive the department's transition to a more sales-focused approachAnalyze customer service metrics and optimize performanceTrain and coach staff to maintain high customer service standardsQualifications:Proven experience in customer service managementStrong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office and data analysisCompensation:Pay up to $65K with bonus incentivesIncludes an annual company tripBenefits paid at 90% of the premium for employeeJoin a dynamic and growing team where your leadership and innovation will be valued!
