Develop KPI frameworks and digital analytics tagging recommendations to support the collection of the data needed for KPI reporting. Monitor day-to-day campaign performance and maintain in-depth understanding of client's overall business and marketing objectives; constantly analyzing campaign performance for optimization opportunities. CRM & Performance IntegrationIntegrate data strategies with CRM strategy and operations teamsPartner in testing plans with automations and workflows, synthesizing performance data in CRMs with holistic marketing and sales ecosystemsSynthesize & CommunicateDetail analysis into client friendly formats. Engages with clients directly in the review and discussion of data trends, insights, and recommendations. Seek opportunities to grow our clients' business and improve our work.Collaboration and Leadership:Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Client Services, sales, and product development, to align insight with overall client goals.QUALIFICATIONS:5-7 years data/analytics experience as a primary job function.Robust experience with using data visualization to share results and tell stories to clients at all levels.Strongly preferred to have experience in analyzing paid digital marketing efforts including knowledge of digital advertising and analytics platforms and digital analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various CRM Analytics tools).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive salary.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunities for professional growth, development, and participation in New Business efforts.In person work arrangements, with flexible opportunities depending on specifics.
