The firm's broad understanding of the many aspects of insurance law allows us to focus on guiding clients through even the most complicated insurance challenges.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney located in Hollywood, FL at The Tarich Law Firm P.A. The Trial Attorney will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal matters. The Trial Attorney will also research and analyze legal issues, write motions and memoranda of law, attend court hearings and trials, and conduct and defend depositions.QualificationsExpertise in Law and knowledge of legal procedures, regulations, and standardsExperience in drafting and reviewing legal documentsFamiliarity with presenting cases in Courts and conducting Trials and DepositionsStrong analytical and research skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage a large caseloadBachelor's degree in Law (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Florida BarMinimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm, with a focus on trial workExperience in first property insurance
