About the Role:We're hiring a QESH Supervisor to support the Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health efforts in North America.In this role, you'll help ensure food and product safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across our client's North American operations. You'll assist with implementing processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with teams to maintain compliance and meet company standards. As a supervisor, you'll help build a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting the goals of the QESH team.Key Responsibilities:Support Quality Assurance across NA filling factories, third-party providers, and suppliers.Help ensure compliance with CFIA, FDA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements, including third-party audits.Assist with the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and provide training to maximize product quality.Conduct audits at our plants and third-party partners to ensure compliance with company and federal standards.Collaborate with global teams to address customer compliance and resolve quality-related issues.Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational performance and quality.Assist with implementing quality systems to achieve ISO 22000 certification.Ensure adherence to safety protocols in U.S. and Canadian facilities.Oversee the work of the Quality team and Safety Trainer.Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications & Experience:Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Science with 3-5 years of QA experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or related industries.At least 1-2 years of supervisory experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and process improvement methods like Six Sigma or Lean.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various functions and levels.Experience with CFIA compliance and certifications such as ISO, BRC, or SQFStrong problem-solving, risk analysis, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbsJoin Us:If you would like to be a part of a vibrant, forward-thinking company where your efforts directly impact quality and safety, we'd love to hear from you!
