HUMAN RESOURCES COMPENSATION - HYBRID ROLE!Our client is a Financial Institution in excess of $8 billion in assets and is very customer oriented looking to grow over the $10 billion mark in the next few years. This is a HYBRID role, and they have a wonderful work/life balance, in addition to a strong and friendly organizational culture. This is a complex role, and they need solid expertise in both compensation and compliance in the Human Resources area. However, the compensation piece is more critical to the success of this role than the compliance experience, as you can adapt and learn that aspect of the position.You should expect to spend 2 days per week in the office and work from your home office the other 3 days. However, there will be certain occasions where you will need to spend more time in the office than 2 days in a week.This position is open due to growth, and they are seeking individuals who are self-starters, disciplined and enjoy a challenge!RESPONSIBILITIESCompensation Audits (compliance background and/or experience preferred)Provide recommendations and new ideas or information that could lead to better results from auditsUnderstand how to perform an audit in the compensation area of the organizationReports directly to the Human Resources, VPNo direct reports for this role They would also consider a contract employee (temporary) until a permanent candidate is found.
