Job Title: HR Transition Manager (Contract)Location: Elgin, ILPay: $40-45/hrDuration: 3+ Month ContractSchedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (1-2 Days On-Site Weekly)About Our Client:Our client is seeking an HR Transition Manager to oversee the migration of employee data and benefits to a new HRIS system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and onboarding practices.Key Responsibilities:Employee Transfer Coordination:Facilitate the transition of employees to the new organization.Ensure all transfer procedures adhere to organizational policies and legal standards.Data Management:Execute the transfer of employee information, including personal details, payroll data, and employment history to the new HRIS system.Ensure accuracy and confidentiality throughout the data migration process.Benefits Administration:Oversee the seamless transition of employee benefits such as health and retirement plans, minimizing disruption for employees.Clearly communicate any changes or updates to benefits to employees.Onboarding Support:Assist transferred employees with the onboarding process in the new HRIS system.Provide training and resources to help employees navigate the new system effectively.Collaboration Across Departments:Work alongside HR, payroll, IT, and benefits teams to ensure a smooth transition.Partner with the HRIS implementation team to resolve any system-related challenges during the migration.Employee Communication:Act as the main point of contact for employees during their transition, addressing inquiries related to their transfer, benefits, and onboarding.Create and distribute clear communication materials outlining the transition timeline and what employees can expect.Qualifications:Proven experience in HR processes, data migration, and employee onboarding.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Additional Details:Hours: Monday-FridayPerks:Competitive payCompany and colleague supportComprehensive training opportunitiesAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
