The Brand Manager, All Other Brands (AOB) is a key role in the organization responsible for planning and executing all brand programs supporting the brand strategy and P&L for the North America market. The Brand Manager will need to be a strong business partner to Global Marketing, Commercial/Account Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and external agencies.Key Responsibilities Partner with global and local cross-functional teams to develop annual brand plans that achieve the financial commitments for the region.Responsible for the delivery of the brand's Integrated Activity Plan, in partnership with commercial/account management teams, media and PR teams, insights and category management, and the Global Marketing teams.Build and manage the brand marketing calendar, inclusive of new product launches, education and in-store events, creative and media campaigns, talent/influencer programs, PR, and media events and programs.Lead all agency briefings for annual brand plans and campaigns; manage full execution of all programs. Develop 360 product launch strategies with a strong emphasis on brand messages, visuals, social media and content for campaigns.Responsible for marketing presentations and materials for internal and external usage.Responsible for brand sales tracking and performance analyses; conduct competitive analyses to inform product innovation, campaign management, and price/promotional activities in store.Manage, develop, and coach the Assistant Brand Manager on the team towards career goals and objectives.A bit about you... Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.5-7 years experience in marketing with beauty experience, with increasing responsibilityStrong project management skills; impeccable attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and analytic skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage complexityMust have strong leadership ability with experience working with varying levels of seniority (local and global) - dynamic, flexible, positive attitude, and team spiritSelf-starter attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environmentStrong strategic, analytical, and quantitative skillsExperience /knowledge in emerging digital/social media platformsExcellent written, verbal, and virtual communication skillsProven interpersonal skills with strong coaching and leadership skills for team developmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointWhat we can offer you:We offer the chance to work in a consumer-led environment with the chance to make an impact on a global scale.
