They are seeking a Warranty Administrator to join their team!Salary/Hourly Rate$20/hrPosition OverviewThe ideal Warranty Administrator candidate will be experienced in high volume data entry and be very detail-oriented. The Warranty Administrator will ideally have a background in warranties or be familiar with the process and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Of The Warranty AdministratorProcess warranty claims and inquiries promptly and accuratelyMaintain comprehensive records of warranty transactionsCollaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot issuesCommunicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolutionsEnsure compliance with company policies and warranty regulationsIdentify opportunities to improve the warranty process and customer satisfactionQualifications For The Warranty AdministratorStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office, email, databases)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyBasic understanding of customer service principlesPrior experience in a customer service or administrative roleKnowledge of warranty policies and proceduresAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyA proactive, customer-centric approachEducation RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED is requiredBachelor's degree is preferredBenefitsAtrium Care Package available, upon eligibility.
