Akkodis is looking for an IT Systems Analyst Specialist for a Contract-to-Hire position with a client located in Memphis, TN. The client is looking for someone who Must be strong with SQL and/or Access db and experience with State Fee Schedules. It would be beneficial to know different types of reimbursement: NY EAPG, Ambulatory, OPPS, APC, ASC, IPPS Professional Fee Schedules, RBRVS, RVUs, CMS, Ancillary, Ambulance DME, Pharmacy, Therapy, Labs & X-Ray.Job Title: IT Systems Analyst SpecialistJob Location: Memphis, TNProject Duration: 12 Months Contract-to-HirePay Range: $45-$50/hr. PRIMARY PURPOSETo review, analyze, and document software requirements and to lead the business analysis phase for projects.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESLeads project requirements management efforts; owns the business analysis role throughout the project.Identifies and understands stakeholders; initiates and facilitates meetings and discussions with stakeholders as appropriate.Works with project managers, project requestors, operations, business representatives, IT representatives, and clients to ensure a complete understanding of software requirements.Produces project requirements documentation, including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wireframes, and other documentation as required using standard templates.Meets deadlines and manages work to timelines.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).Travels as required.QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Licensing: A bachelor's degree is required, and a major in the computer science field is preferred.Experience: Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
