We maintain a high reputation for emphasizing excellent customer service and maximizing our client's construction budget while upholding exceptional safety and quality standards.Position OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects within the correctional/detention market. This includes ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with GSFIC, construction, and project management, as well as strong skills in project scheduling, budget management, team management, mentoring, renovation, and working with structural steel, wood framing, and cast in-place concrete.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of construction projects within the correctional/detention marketDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and milestonesMonitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as needed to stay within budgetManage project teams and ensure all team members are working efficiently and effectivelyMentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support as neededCoordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project successOversee and manage the use of structural steel, wood framing, and cast in-place concrete in construction projectsEnsure projects are meeting all necessary safety and quality standardsCommunicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders on a regular basisIdentify and address any project risks or issues in a timely mannerQualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the correctional/detention marketExperience working with GSFIC and understanding of its processes and proceduresStrong project scheduling and budget management skillsExperience managing and mentoring a teamKnowledge of renovation and construction processesAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommuteEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
