We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a reputable company in Chester, SC. ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed incremental activity goals to meet or exceed sales quotasMake outbound calls and take inbound calls to solicit the sale of new or prospective customersGreet and support walk-in traffic with customer service and sales needsListen to customer needs to help guide their selection of servicesEducate the customer based off of their needs and what you learned to help them select the best solutionBuild rapport with customers, initiate follow up conversations and stay connected until sales cycle is complete.Attend and engage in team sales meetings and trainings to stay up to date on the latest product and pricing developments, business trends, and regulations in the marketplaceAccurately process cash and check payments for current and past-due bills by receiving payments, entering balances, and making deposits while adhering to cash handling policyFill out appropriate forms, determine charges for service requested, collect deposits, prepare change of address records, and issue discontinuance ordersEdit and post adjustments and corrections to customer billing or services orderedInvestigate conditions preventing completion of service connection orders and take steps to resolve themSoft SkillsInternally driven and goal-oriented in natureThrive in a setting where every day is differentAdapt well to competing prioritiesBuild rapport organically and maintain relationships Strong organizational skills to manage multistep sales processStrong communication skills Ability to provide excellent customer service skillsActive listeningSolutions-based mentalityBe a reliable teammate and deliver consistent attendance and timely arrivalQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED6 months - 1 year of related experience and/or trainingPrior sales experience is preferredMust have reliable transportationBackground and drug screen requiredCompensation and Benefits$16.50/hr - $18/hr + uncapped commissionMonthly commissionMonthly incentivesAttainable sales goalsExcellent BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionRetirementPTOHolidaysAdditional Incentives + Service Discounts
