Our client is a financial services firm who is seeking a Compensation Associate to join their HR team. This person will be analyzing financial data, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels throughout the firm. You will partner with the Head of Compensation and Benefits and work on a hybrid work schedule.Key Responsibilities:Collect and analyze compensation data to identify trends and opportunities.Develop and assess compensation programs to align with organizational goals and compliance.Create financial models for strategic decision-making.Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records.Advise on compensation matters and assist with new hire offers.Manage daily and quarterly stock plan processes.Oversee global headcount reporting and role evaluations.Handle HR data requests and analytics for RFPs and RFIs.Collaborate with HR team members on compensation policies and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of compensation experience from a public companyAdvanced Excel skills required; macro and VBA experience a plus.Proficiency in HRIS technology and data analytics; Workday HCM expertise a plus.Knowledge of equity and incentive programs preferred.Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
