Product ManagementLeader (Principal Product Manager)Full time roleInterview- Video (3-4 Rounds)Location- NYC/ Dallas TX/ Chicago IL (3 days onsite)Total Comp Range- $280k to 350k/ AnnumManager Notes:Excellent CommunicationEnd to end product management from strategy to ExecutionSomeone who has built products from 0 to 1.Road mapping, Backlog management, stakeholder management skillsRESPONSIBILITIESESSENTIAL DUTIES:Act as the "voice of the customer" from the business side into the rest of the organizationEnvision/articulate the product strategy for assigned productsDrive discovery of innovative ideas to assess/define the problem statement, the benefit hypothesis and adherence to the strategic visionPartner with the leadership in defining a multi-year roadmap for the assigned product/s to illustrate our vision and plan into the futureBe an evangelist for product mindset in all interactions with cross functional teams and stakeholdersPartner with UX designers and engineers to conceptualize intuitive, scalable, and high-quality solutions that help users accomplish their "Jobs To Be Done"Collaborate with the engineering and delivery leads to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of committed features on a roadmapDrive buy-build-partner analysis, and where necessary, review potential partner relationships for the productDevelop and deliver KPIs which measure product value and adoption metricsTrain/Demo users on system(s) as neededAbility to travel between 10 - 15 percent of the timeQUALIFICATIONSSKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:University bachelors/master's degree, preferably in business, information systems, marketing, computer science, or other relevant areas10+ years of experience in Product Management, having managed multiple/portfolio of digital productsExperience building internal enterprise productsExperience managing product roadmap end to endExcellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and cross-functional teamsMetrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable informationExtensive experience in defining, refining and prioritizing the product backlog aligned with the product roadmapExperience driving stakeholder discussions, demonstrations and sticking to the desired agenda to produce expected outcomesExperience in Agile development and writing user storiesExperience with best practice agile scrum development and lean startup principlesProficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Miro, etc.WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements
