Scope of work includes:Reception duties, including greeting questions, answering phones, managing office hotel functionOffice management, including maintaining/ordering supplies & grocery inventory, coordinating in-office breakfast & lunch catering, ensuring office is clean & orderly throughout the dayAdministrative support, including calendaring meetings, assisting with booking/coding travel, expense report preparation, coordinating out of office lunchesMarketing, including printing & binding materials, assisting onboarding effortsEvent planning, including assisting with events & parties, working with administrative staff to order company swag & plan holiday partyQualifications:2 years of EA and office management experienceProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Concur preferredCollege degree strongly preferred
