Executive Operations ManagerAbout the Role (READ FULL JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING!)InteliSpark is entering into a new phase of growth and is an exciting opportunity to help world-changing, deep tech start-ups secure non-dilutive federal research grant funding. InteliSpark is hiring an Executive Operations Manager to significantly expand the capacity of the company President. The Executive Operations Manager will work closely with the President taking lead on many of his responsibilities. This position will work side-by-side with the President on a daily basis. Your role will be multi-disciplinary and will involve a wide variety of tasks to expand the executive capacity of the President. You will be an "extra set of hands" for the President, and therefore his shadow and at times surrogate. In Office PositionThis position will be in our Chapel Hill office. We are seeking a candidate in the Chapel-Hill/Durham NC area. Representative responsibilities include: Executive Operation SupportEnsure President is prepared for meetings and frequently join meetings upon request to take notes and independently follow up on action items. The person in this role should be prepared to participate in client meetings with video throughout the day. The candidate will also be expected to multi-task during said meetings, initiating action items identified during the meeting.Manage special projects and initiatives initiated by the President. Start-up Ecosystem RelationsWork with President to maintain and grow relations in the U.S. Start-Up Ecosystem (including Universities, Accelerators and VC funds).Client EngagementServe as a liaison with client and InteliSpark team. Onboard clients and ensure smooth handoff to proposal development team. Assist President in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.Identify opportunities to grow and enhance client success.Own client-facing and internal summaries of initial prospective client meetings, including key decisions and action items.Maintain customer data i.e., contacts, account health, significant events, etc. in company supported CRM.MarketingWork with company leadership to develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing initiatives and promotional plans Event planning and coordination for marketing events and educational seminars (some travel maybe required)Project ManagementCoordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure coordination between internal team members to ensure successful project completion.Special Instructions:When applying on LinkedIn in you will be asked a series of questions.
