JOB DESCRIPTIONAfter the first 3 months they offer 10 days of paid time off AND pays holiday pay in which the office is close FOR TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES!RESPONSIBILITIESSupport customers on order requests made via phone, fax, or emailBe the main point of contact for customers, plants, transportation, credit and marketing team, concerning all orders and shipment issuesDevelop full knowledge of products, inventories, sites specifics, as well as Customer Service and Supply Chain procedures, for sound decision making of every order requestEnsure proper alignment between all parts involved in the order, to prevent problems resulting in a financial impact or operational errorsHold critical judgment of orders, to identify possible shipment delays or improper pricingConfirm complete ship-to on orders, ensuring accurate, on-time deliveryTake over Point Person duties for plants or other duties as assigned by the CS ManagerPortray a positive image hrough daily contact with customers and evaluation of customer needs, delivering support in a polite and respectful mannerEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSMinimum three years of experience within Customer ServiceWork experience in a global organization or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related fieldsCOMPETENCIESStrong communication skills and problem solving skillsStrong multi-tasking and organizational skillsStrong team & support orientationSolid customer service skillsERP knowledge, preferably SAPStrong Microsoft skills, specifically MS Outlook and ExcelESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe position holder needs to be able to:Answer phone calls timelyRead, sort documentationWork with computer systemsMultitaskProblem solveBe attentive to detailsDesired Skills and ExperienceOur AMAZING client is looking for a dedicated Temp-To-Hire B2B Customer Support Specialist!
