Dental Cam Sales support Must live in Central Time ZonePOSITION SUMMARY: Trains and supports resellers in the sale, service and use of products and software; trains end-users in the use the products, provides technical support to customersESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:Work directly with our end-users and resellers' staff providing in-depth training to introduce dental professionals/resellers to the field of CAM technology for our CNC milling and grinding machines as well as our software (DentalCAM & DentalCNC); such trainings are provided both on-site as well as by means of on-demand virtual sessions and online webinars.Train end-users in operating products through online or on-site courses after installation of the productSupport resellers in the pre- and post-sale process, such as -a. Provide training for reseller sales staff on products and positioningb. Answer sales questions on productsc. Support with pricing and preparing quotesd. Tag calls with sales representatives and end-userse. Conduct web walks and demos on products with resellers' clientsf. Co-travel and sales event supportg. Qualify sales leads and distribute them to resellers.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC and CAD/CAM software and hardware issues.Provide clients with technical support and guidance through corrective steps by phone, email and remote-control software (e.g. TeamViewer)Occasionally provide repair and maintenance work on machines, in-house and on-site.FLSA CLASSIFICATION: ExemptREQUIRED TRAVEL: About 50%SUBORDINATE POSITIONS: NoneIMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR'S TITLE: Director of Sales & MarketingLOCATION: RemoteREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent communication skills. Friendly and polite solution-oriented customer service mindset.Very good presentation skills across various formats, such as in-person presentation, videoconferences, recorded webinarsAnalytical thinking and troubleshooting skills are required.Ability to work successfully, both independently, as well as part of a team.Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills.PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Prior CNC and CAD/CAM experiencePior sales support experienceDental office or dental laboratory experience (e.g. as Certified Dental Technician)Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment repairREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:High School diploma or equivalentTechnical degree (vocational school, Associate Degree) or 5 years of experience in the field or in a related areaDriver's LicensePHYSICAL DEMANDS:Ability to lift 50 lbs.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementMileage reimbursementPaid trainingTravel reimbursementWork from homeCompensation package:Bonus opportunitiesYearly bonus
