We are currently seeking an on-site Executive Assistant with a Chemistry background to assist the administrative staff in our president's office in Seneca, SC. The ideal candidate is able to adapt and learn quickly, and can succeed independently or in a team setting. Additionally, this individual will have excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn and succeed. Attention to detail is essential to this position!Benefits and PerksHealth, Vision, and Dental benefits available after 90 days of employment.13 days PTO (10 vacation days & 3 personal days) after one year of employment.18 days PTO (15 vacation days & 3 personal days) after five years of employment.Holiday Pay after 90 days of employment (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.Rapid advancement and merit-based raises.Friendly work environment.No required work outside of our standard schedule (Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm).Required Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (lunch hour is 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm daily).Starting Salary Range: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of customer service and or sales experience.Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Natural Science and work experience in related field.Strong communication skills via phone and email (daily client/vendor calls are a requirement for this position).Knowledge/experience reading SDS Sheets a plus, with the ability to transfer this information to disposal facility profiles.Ability to complete waste profiles using generator knowledge.Experience with Salesforce, or an alternate CRM program (Salesforce Administrator exposure is a plus).A self-starter with the ability to learn new applications quickly, and take on advanced rolls within the company.Ability to maintain discretion within the workplace, and adapt existing skills to fit within assigned tasks.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to analyze data and manipulate data into spreadsheets (specifically Excel).Ability to accurately type 50+ words per minute.Objectives and Daily Responsibilities:Assist our customer service manager with day-to-day client management - including, but not limited to: calling/emailing existing customers, marketing our services to prospective customers, reviewing and responding to incoming emails, and setting up outgoing email blast campaigns.Keep records up to date in Salesforce (our CRM software), and our internal files with accuracy.Create and manage reports in Salesforce, and provide updates to the company president based on the report details.Use pre-made forms and systems to complete internal documents and client documents including but not limited to: waste profiles, quotes, service agreements, job orders, information trackers, reports, etc.Monitor the company president's email account, and respond accordingly to vendors and/or customers.Follow up with vendors via phone and email on existing and upcoming customer services.~ No phone calls inquiring about this position please. ~EOE/OFCCP
