We are seeking a vibrant and motivated Assistant Office Manager to join our fast-paced creative agency! This full-time role will assist both our Trade Advocacy and Operation teams with their day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks.WHO ARE WE?We are Sidecar, a full-service creative agency on a mission to turn heads and fill glasses for some of the world's best drinks brands. At Sidecar, drinks are all we do.IS THIS YOU?A driven project manager with a solutions-oriented mind and a creative heart who can manage day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks with impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.A go-getter who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in different parts of the business, be it planning office events, developing and managing social content, or auditing internal documents.A team player who loves helping others and contributing to our dynamic and very supportive workplace.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESProvide day-to-day support for our Trade Advocacy Leaders and Brand Ambassador team (60%):Administrative Dedicate 1-2 hours daily to auditing information in our reporting software and working with our Brand Ambassadors to correct any issues; vendor setup and management, and event photo management.Finance Track, audit, and process invoices and expense reports. Work with our Brand Ambassadors to ensure their weekly reporting is accurate and on time.Provide day-to-day administrative and marketing support for our Operations team (40%):Marketing Assist with research and brief writing, maintaining databases, supporting agency social/digital channels, and helping with award submissions. Recruitment Write/edit job descriptions, post new roles, review applications and schedule interviews.Operations Support all three office locations and remote employees, by ordering office supplies, organizing employee travel, preparing for and assisting with the onboarding of new hires. Office Culture - Help build and maintain office culture by tracking and celebrating birthdays, planning office events and happy hours, assisting in planning the annual outing, and brainstorming other employee engagement opportunities.QUALIFICATIONS1-2 years of work experience; administrative, marketing and/or agency experience is a plusExemplary organizational skills, attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skillsA self-starter with the ability to work independently while having a team-player mentalityA multitasker with the ability to juggle several tasks at one time while also meeting tight deadlines Tech savviness - comfortable with office equipment and technology and quick to learn new techAn eye for design - the ability to visualize and implement design-forward thinkingA glass-half-full personality - a resiliently positive attitude is key to the Sidecar ethos Applicants must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. IT WOULD BE THE CHERRY ON TOP IF YOU ALSO HAVE...Experience in social content development and managementANNUAL SALARY & COMPENSATION$50,000 - $60,000 (based on qualifications and experience)OUR BENEFITSSidecar offers a competitive compensation package that includes:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, FSA, HSA401(k) Match23 Personal PTO Days plus Paid HolidaysPaid Sick TimePartial phone reimbursementMonthly cultural stipend
