Temporary HR Services CoordinatorHourly rate: $25Duration: 3 months +Location: TampaIndustry: LegalOn site (Monday to Thursday, Friday remote)Hours: Full time, 09:30am - 06:00pmWe are working with a prestigious, global law firm who are looking for a Temporary HR Services Coordinator to come on board and provide administrative support to their HR team.They need someone who can start immediately, is based in Tampa, and comes from a professional services background.The role?We are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience partnering with HR teams to provide administrative and customer support to internal and external stakeholders in fast-paced, highly professional environments.You will manage mailboxes, respond to queries, provide administrative support, and update candidates and colleagues on processes.The work will be in a high-volume HR department in a multi-site professional services business.Candidate profile/experienceWe are seeking someone with 2 years of HR Administrative Assistant experience, 1 year experience with a case management system such as ServiceNow.Experience with Taleo, Workday or a similar ATS database will be essential.Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to interact with staff regularly.Ready to apply?If you would like to be considered for this opportunity or have any questions, please apply or contact rileygarnett@ for more information and the full job description.
