We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for organization, technology and events, we'd love to hear from you!Position Overview:As a Part-Time Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. You will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate events, and serve as a personal assistant to the CEO. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys a variety of tasks. We are looking for an ambitious and curious jack-of-all-trades. Ideally someone who is interested in being a freelancer with variable hours.Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics and vendor communications.Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and redirecting as necessary.Assist in managing the CEO's inbox and schedule as needed.Prepare and edit documents and reports as needed.Help brainstorm creative solutions.Assist with social media management and marketing tasks.Perform research on event technology trends and competitors.Assist in troubleshooting and organization.Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.Support various administrative and personal tasks as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:Experience as a personal assistant is preferred but not required.A keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Creativity, curiosity, ambition and grit.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with Google Workspace.Familiarity with web design, video and photo editing is a plus.Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and software.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Working Hours:Part-time, approximately 6-25 hours/week to start, with flexibility in scheduling.60-80% of the work is doable from a home office.Needs to be able to check in on emails a few times daily during business hours.Potential to travel with the CEO to certain events.Possibility of becoming full time if proven to be the right fit.Compensation:Competitive hourly rate based on experience.1099 Contract work preferred; willing to explore options with the right candidate.How to Apply:This Personal Assistant position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in a supportive environment.
