This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams, a deep understanding of B2C sales, and experience in delivering compelling in-home sales presentations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of in-home sales representatives, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring at least 5 years of relevant experience.Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of in-home sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.Deliver compelling in-home sales presentations to potential customers, demonstrating our products' value and benefits.Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and customer satisfaction.Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members to enhance their professional development.Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in the manufacturing industry.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership position.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.Proficiency in managing the sales process from start to finish, including delivering in-home sales presentations.Strong knowledge of B2C sales techniques, best practices, and market trends.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.Ability to travel as needed.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.If you are a passionate sales leader with a knack for driving growth and fostering high-performance cultures, we would love to hear from you.
